This would definitely be after the time skip -- maybe once they're reunited. (Which hopefully will actually be in the next couple chapters...!) I was trying to do a pseudo-screenshot look -- you know, painted background, characters shaded cel-style. And I had a lot of fun with their outfits. Everyone had to break out of their norm -- muted colors for Naruto, color for Sasuke, and something that doesn't clash with her hair for Sakura. ;)

I know this isn't perfect, but I hope you'll like it anyway! :aww:

I love it. The color flow here is balanced well, they match without mathcing (eachother). I like the background too.

Thank you! :glomp: Sasuke was the last one that I drew, so I'm glad that you like him. I was worried that he didn't mesh with the other two. (Although he is still a bit skinny...!) Hey, it's that awkward phase. ;)

Thank you so much! :glomp: This was one of the rare times where I actually stuck with my first color choices for their outfits! There were some early troubles, though, because as you said, I didn't want them to match! I wanted them to be all bright and spring-like, though. :) And I'm so happy that you like the background! I never do them, but I'm really trying to force myself to because there's only one way to improve...!
